Hi-Point’s 4095TS Carbine has features an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer and sling swivels. The receiver utilizes Weaver-style rail, scope base, and fully adjustable sight. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature. This CA compliant model has a 17.5″ barrel, black metal finish, and a 10-round magazine. (The mag is interchangeable with JCHP40 handgun)
