The HK45C Compact is well-suited for personal defense. It is smaller in length/height, uses a slim-line grip profile, and is nearly identical in features to the full-size HK45. It utilizes a cold-hammer forged HK proprietary O-ring barrel for precise barrel-to-slide lockup and optimal accuracy. The unique internal mechanical recoil reduction system reduces the recoil forces imparted to the weapon and shooter by as much as 30%, improving shooter control during rapid firing. The HK45 Compact also features a frame mounted improved USP-style control lever, combination safety and decocking lever, integral Picatinny rail, and polygonal rifling for longer barrel life. It comes with an extra backstrap for a custom fit for each shooter’s hand. This Variant 7 LEM model has a 3.9″ barrel, black finish, LEM (Law Enforcement Modification) firing system, three (3) 8-round magazines, and night sights.
